Fee
After a comprehensive or limited exam depending on the type of your visit with us, a treatment plan will be presented by our doctor. You will be fully informed of the anticipated fees for each treatment plan, and we will discuss the expected number of visits and fees. Please understand that these treatment plans are not final depending on the extent of disease. In such situation, you will be informed before any chance in the procedure & associated fee changes.
Payment
Payment for services provided will be collected at the time of treatment. If we are working with your insurance company, we are happy to verify your benefits with your insurance company so that we can approximate your portion as accurately as possible. Once payment is received, any remaining balance will be billed to you directly and overpayments will be promptly refunded. We always do our best to ensure that your insurance company pays their fair share of the fee.
Payment methods accepted at Delight Dental Studio include cash, debit card, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, Diner’s Club. We do not take personal checks.
We are also happy to offer CareCredit, the nation’s largest third party financing company. CareCredit offers various payment plans to fit your financing needs, including interest free and low interest options. Please ask us which payment option may be right for you!
Delight Dental Studio conveniently works with a number of dental insurance companies listed below. We are happy to process any insurance claims for you including estimations of deductibles and any portions of treatment that are not covered by your insurance. It is the sole responsibility of the patient to understand his/her insurance benefits.
